- On arrival, bring a valid ID and sign a declaration that you will cover any damage caused to the vehicle.
- Participants under 18 need a declaration from a parent (the parent must also be present).
- Riding an e-motorbike carries its own risks, and every guest is personally responsible for them.
- All participants sign an informed consent form before the ride.
- Participants must at least be able to ride a bicycle and have a sense of coordination and balance.
- The adventure may be canceled due to weather conditions – wind, rain, freezing temperatures – or due to COVID restrictions.
- All guests are advised to ride carefully and within their abilities, to stay with the group and to keep a safe distance.
- If you cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the tour, you receive a full refund; with less than 24 hours' notice, 50% is refunded.
- Riding under the influence of alcohol or drugs is prohibited. Deliberately leaving the group is prohibited. Riding with unfastened or removed protective gear is prohibited.
